Long Life Flotation Machine Rubber Stator and Rotor
The stator and rotor of the flotation machine are constructed using RIO latex-phase compounded rubber, a high-performance material with over 95% rubber content. Through the unique "latex-phase mixing" process, the original elasticity and toughness of natural rubber are fully preserved, while additives react completely to enhance key properties. This results in exceptional wet abrasion resistance (wet abrasion index 1.0~1.2), tear strength (>45 N/mm), and cut resistance, with a service life over 10 times longer than conventional wear-resistant rubber. The material exhibits outstanding mechanical performance, including tensile strength (>26 MPa), elongation (>820%), and hardness (35±3 Shore A), ensuring flexibility to absorb impact loads during ore slurry agitation. It maintains stability across a wide temperature range (-40°C~70°C) and resists corrosion from pH 2~12 media, making it suitable for harsh mining environments. These properties collectively minimize wear on stator-ro…
