Efficient RTO incineration device
Regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) is an effective device for treating VOC organic waste gas. Compared with traditional processes such as high-temperature direct incineration and catalytic combustion, it features high thermal efficiency (≥95%), reliable operation, and the ability to handle large volumes of low-concentration waste gas. VOC waste gas can be discharged up to standard after being treated by RTO, meeting the national standards for air pollutant emissions. The English name of the Regenerative Thermal oxidation furnace is "regenerative thermal" "Oxidizer", thus it is abbreviated as "RTO". The principle is to heat the organic waste gas to over 750 degrees Celsius, causing the VOCs in the waste gas to oxidize and decompose into carbon dioxide and water. The residence time of the organic waste gas in the combustion chamber is 1 to 2 seconds. The high-temperature gas produced by oxidation flows through specially designed ceramic heat storage bodies, heating the ceramic bodies…
