Zekawa's unique steam compressor technology - screw compressor At present, in the mainstream MVR systems, Roots blowers are used for wastewater treatment. However, Roots compressors have problems such as low efficiency, extremely loud noise (above 90 dB), small pressure ratio, difficult regulation, and unstable system during the regulation process. Centrifugal compressors have strong corrosion resistance and a longer operating life. Although centrifugal compressors have a large processing capacity, their pressure ratio is not high and they are prone to surge, making them unsuitable for small and medium-sized steam compressors. Zechuan's screw compressors feature low noise, high efficiency, direct drive, excellent force balance performance, low friction, low operating temperature, long service life and easy maintenance. Compared with other types of compressors, they are more suitable for MVR systems.
