Silicon carbide crystal has various structures, ranging from plate-like, columnar, or cubic silicon carbide, to macroscopic irregular abrasive particles such as some cubic forms of primitive silicon carbide, and to circular chips in high-tech fields.The core of  silicon carbide element of third grade SiC is still silicon (Si)  and carbon (C) , existing in the form of SiC  compounds.
