The Compact Oil-immersed Submersible Water Pump is a heavy duty submersible unit designed for reliable water handling in diverse scenarios. It comprises a pump, motor, and sealing system, with the pump at the top and the motor at the bottom. The motor is filled with insulating cooling oil that provides continuous efficient heat dissipation, lubrication, and corrosion protection, ensuring stable performance during long term continuous operation or fluctuating water temperatures. At its core, the pump uses a submersible asynchronous motor to drive the impeller. As the motor rotates, the impeller creates a low pressure zone that draws in water, which is then discharged at high pressure through the flanged outlet, enabling efficient transport through pipelines. This design ensures reliable performance even in applications with high solid content.
