High Efficiency Slag Agglomerant
This high-efficiency slag agglomerant is an important cast iron auxiliary material and clay sand casting material, developed specifically for slag removal and purification in the cast iron smelting process, which can quickly gather slag and impurities in molten iron and improve the purity of molten iron. The product uses high-quality silica and alumina as main components, with low melting point (1100-1200℃) and good spreadability. When used in synergy with foundry compound sand and foundry sodium bentonite, it can reduce the erosion of molten slag on the sand mold; when compounded with foundry coal powder, it can enhance the adsorption capacity of the slag agglomerant; and when used with foundry starch, it can reduce the loss of molten iron during slag removal.
