Foundry Silicon Carbide (SiC) is a special clay sand casting material to improve cast iron metallurgical quality. With its excellent functions of deoxidation, carburization, molten iron purification and structure refinement, it has become an indispensable high-quality cast iron auxiliary material in casting production. Synthesized at high temperature from natural high-purity raw materials, this product has complete crystallization, high purity and few impurities. It can stably release active ingredients in high-temperature molten iron, quickly remove harmful impurities such as oxygen and sulfur, reduce defects such as blowholes, slag inclusions and shrinkage porosity, and significantly improve casting internal density and mechanical properties.
