125℃ Radiation XLPE Non-FR Insulation Pellets
125℃ Radiation XLPE Non-FR Insulation Pellets (Model XEF 125TZJ) are crosslinked non-flame-retardant polyethylene insulation for coaxial cables and low-dielectric wiring. It can be colored directly or mixed with PE masterbatch; black masterbatch should be used cautiously to prevent blooming, with stable mechanical properties and smooth extrusion. Density is 0.95g/cm³, tensile strength 20MPa and break elongation 500%. After 158℃/168h aging, strength rises 8% and elongation falls 12%. It passes -40℃ brittleness test, with volume resistivity 2.3×10¹⁴Ω・m, breakdown voltage 30MV/m and dielectric constant 2.38. Under 200℃/0.2MPa test, load elongation is 50% and residual deformation 2%. Suitable for tube & pressure extrusion with a 25 L/D screw; max temp ≤240℃, irradiation dosage 18–20Mrad. Dry at 70–90℃ for 2h (above 85℃ better) to avoid adhesion. Free-flow cylindrical pellets come in 25kg paper-plastic bags, 500kg per pallet. Non-dangerous goods, store cool, dry and ventilated, far fro…
