Integrated Aluminum Ingot Casting Stacking Robot
The Integrated Aluminum Ingot Casting Stacking Robot is a fully automated production cell designed for continuous ingot casting and palletizing. It combines a high-speed casting machine with an intelligent stacking robot to produce uniform aluminum ingots weighing between 10 and 30 kilograms. This equipment is particularly suited for large smelters, foundries, and rolling mills that require a steady supply of clean, well-stacked ingots for remelting or extrusion processes. The system operates around the clock with minimal supervision, delivering up to 6 tons per hour depending on ingot size and cooling conditions. The casting process starts with molten aluminum being fed from a holding furnace into a rotating mold chain. The molds are coated with a release agent to ensure easy demolding. As the chain advances, the ingots pass through a forced-air and water mist cooling section that achieves rapid solidification without internal cracking. After ejection, the ingots travel on a vibrator…
