Curved-Tooth Gear Coupling for Spindle Shafts
LXGSL telescopic curved‑tooth gear Coupling is a newly‑developed heavy‑duty transmission component, designed to solve insufficient axial compensation and inconvenient disassembly of traditional gear couplings, as well as the high‑precision manufacturing challenges of universal joint shafts. It connects two coaxial transmission shafts, with rotating diameter ranging from 200mm to 760mm and rated transmission torque from 315KN·m to 1600KN·m. The allowable shaft angular deflection reaches ≤1.5° under loaded conditions and ≤3° under no‑load conditions. Composed of driving end, driven end and spline intermediate shaft, this structure greatly shortens axial layout space and delivers compact structure, high manufacturing precision and good dynamic balance performance. Centering support device stabilizes rotating operation and realizes axial push‑pull function, supporting forward and reverse installation modes for diverse site requirements. This unit can work alongside Cardan Shaft and Heavy…
