Automatic Ribbon screen printing machine            The Roll-to-Roll Screen Printing Machine is designed for continuous screen printing on strips, ribbons, films, paper, and other roll-fed materials, and can generally be divided into two configurations according to the dimensional stability and material characteristics of the substrate: one for dimensionally stable materials such as paper, films, membrane switch materials, and thermal transfer films, and another for flexible or stretchable materials such as ribbons, webbing, and elastic tapes. For dimensionally stable substrates, the machine typically uses an aluminum-alloy vacuum suction printing table, where the roll-fed material is conveyed to the preset printing position, stopped, and securely held by vacuum suction before screen printing, after which the material continues to advance to the next position.
